Please note PCA Products service and support is limited to product manufacturing issues. PCA does not install any of the screen doors or other products we manufacture so any installation related issues will have to be referred to the contractor or individual that installed the product.

We encourage you to please read the PCA Limited Lifetime Warranty before contacting us to see whether the issue you are experiencing is directly covered by PCA Products. 

For PCA screen door warranty related issues we will need the following information to provide the quickest possible solution:

1. Photos of the issue that can be emailed
2. Where purchased: dealer name and location
3. Who installed our products; if an installation contractor, name and location
4. Address of where our product(s) were installed
5. Date of purchase 
6. Description of the issue
