PCA HISTORY

PCA Products, Inc. is a family-owned business located at the base of the Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee. For over 30 years, we have been manufacturing handcrafted aluminum screen doors and related accessories that compliment any home or screen patio. The entire PCA Team is committed to our core values.

PCA Products was founded by Stefan Pfeffer over 30 years ago. Stefan began his career as a machinist and later an installer of window and door products in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin market.

In the early 1970’s, he relocated to South Florida to tap into the area’s economic growth. The focus was on installed sales of screen doors which were being purchased through various local building supply companies. The aluminum screen doors available at that time were limited in selection and lacked the quality and dependability which our customers were demanding.

So with customer feedback in mind, PCA set out to build the best screen door available on the market. In the years since PCA has introduced a number of additional screen door designs to complement most architectural styles.

In 1995, PCA transitioned from installed retail sales to wholesale manufacturing and moved its operation from Florida to Tennessee to better serve our growing distribution network.

In 2006 Stefan Pfeffer retired, and his son Steve took over the day-to-day operations of the company. The PCA Team continues to innovate, design and manufacture the best aluminum screen doors and related products right here in the USA.
